Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all works related to M&E duties, including preparing cost estimations and identifying variation works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with excellent negotiation, administration, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;">
  • Support of project teams in the delivery of projects;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent, along with strong experience in project tender documentation and submission requirements.

You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
