About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile brands in the beauty industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for translating global brand strategies into local market plans, developing Go-To-Market toolkits, and managing promotional materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in the beauty or travel retail industry is a plus.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brand Management:
    • Support the development of local market plans and translate global brand strategies into TR specific roadmaps
    • Collaborate with external agencies and marketing teams to create and implement campaigns
    • Develop and maintain Go-To-Market toolkits and marketing guidelines
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
    • Liaise with Brand Holders and internal stakeholders to develop Travel Retail Exclusive (TREX) sets
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintenance of administrative duties assigned from time to time
    • Tracking of Brand's budget files and ensuring up-to-date spend is reflected accurately
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or Travel Retail industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse stakeholders
  • A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset
