Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and experienced candidates to join our billing and settlement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and credit control functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing and settlement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accountancy, with experience in setup and sending customer invoices for various utilities. Troubleshooting and resolving billing and credit control issues is also crucial to this role.

The candidate will need to prepare, review and resolve monthly and daily settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure high accuracy of customer information is also required.

Liaising with external vendors and resolving any issues is an essential part of this role. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with process and system improvements and implementations.

In addition, the candidate will prepare customer/internal financial or billing related reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Local diploma/degree in business/finance/accountancy/IT or other relevant fields
  • Min 5 years related working experience/Min 2 years supervisory experience for senior roles
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, problem solving skills and a team player
