We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily settlement operations and instructions across global markets, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances between internal books and external custodians/agents.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks, unmatched positions, and settlement failures in coordination with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Manage full lifecycle of Corporate Action (CA) events – including mandatory and voluntary events.
- Draft and maintain clear and up-to-date policies, SOPs, and control documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in securities operations, middle office, or settlements in a brokerage or custodial environment.
- Familiarity with U.S. and Hong Kong markets and their settlement cycles and systems.
- Experience in handling corporate actions and trade reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
