Job Summary

We are seeking an skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing on-site installations, diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs of complex equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations, diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs of complex equipment and systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Execute continuous improvement programs, including parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment to enhance performance and reliability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, managing both administrative and technical aspects of assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and facilitate communication with customers regarding equipment-related needs and service requirements.
• Address customer complaints promptly, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Monitor product performance and regularly provide detailed reports and feedback on customer service requests to ensure accountability and improvement.
• Report recurring customer issues to management to aid in identifying and implementing preventive measures for future occurrences.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Handle big equipment and parts before
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
• Required to work or on standby after office hours/weekend/public holiday

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
