Swimming Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at 360 FITNESS. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that cater to the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swimming techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
  • Patience and understanding when working with students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
