Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Personal Development Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Development Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities to enhance their community living and independent living skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing training, intervention, and assistance to our clients, as well as working closely with caregivers and other stakeholders to build support networks and develop future care plans.

You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our programs and activities, and contributing to the design and conduct of social, recreational, and educational activities to promote independence, health, wellness, and quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience in education/training of persons with intellectual disability or in a multi-disciplinary team environment is an advantage
