Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team for Claim Verification and Disbursement
  • Overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conducting training for new team members
  • Enhancing processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinating the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list and Disbursement List (DL) check
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be advantageous
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity to serve stakeholders
