Construction Manager for Large-Scale Projects in Singapore

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our large-scale projects in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities- Tender Works Oversight
- Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit, and timely completion of the project
- Team Leadership
- Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the targets set
- Project Coordination
- Oversee issues with clients & consultants, subcontractors, and JV partners
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience in construction or construction management, or a combination of relevant work experience in building projects in Singapore for mega projects of similar scale, and complexity
- Skills: Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with clients, management, and to the team members
- Safety Standards: Through knowledge of safety standards is necessary
- Adaptability: Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Decision Making: Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
- Pressure Handling: Able to handle pressure
- Preferred Experience: Singapore building projects/contract management experience is preferred
A competitive salary of SGD $12,000 - SGD $15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
