About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in leading the growth and expansion of our business, developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing complex regional and local integrated PR accounts, leading strategic planning and counsel, and ensuring quality and excellence in delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to junior team members, solving problems creatively and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the team's account lead for clients, providing senior strategic counsel and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop PR strategy for clients and oversee execution excellence, delivering tactics against KPIs.
  • Manage and guide account teams to develop a collaborative mindset that delivers exceptional outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted partner to their business.
  • Manage financial processes and integrity, including budgeting, contracting, billing, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Take an active role in seeking new business prospects and supporting pitches.
  • Develop and carry out training programs for junior team members.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of agency experience, spanning consumer and corporate remits.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience leading multiple account teams and mentoring junior team members.
  • Regional account experience, particularly in managing SEA markets from a Singapore hub.
  • Ability to handle multiple fast-paced assignments and projects.
  • Understanding of agency revenue and financial management.
