We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese language specialist to join our educational team as a preschool teacher.

Job Overview:

As a preschool teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and setting them up for future success by providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children at the centre, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, promoting academic excellence and creativity.
  • Create a secure and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow, fostering social-emotional development.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's learning progress and identify areas for improvement, informing data-driven instructional decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a DECCE qualification or equivalent in early childhood education, demonstrating expertise in curriculum design and implementation.
  • L2 Certification from ECDA is highly desirable, showcasing advanced knowledge in early childhood education and care.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in educational software, enabling efficient record-keeping and communication.
