Job Title: Machine Repair Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Machine Repair Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, focusing on production of chemicals and spent chemical distillation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with experience in troubleshooting complex issues and performing routine checks to prevent equipment failure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to work independently, manage their time effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in carrying out works as assigned and ensure that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee and maintain the seamless day-to-day operations of the outlet.
  • Lead and manage a team of service staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, supervise daily site operations, and arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites.
  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical repair and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
