Job Title: System Infrastructure Specialist

Overview:

As a Cyber Infrastructure Maintenance Expert, you will be part of a team that provides technical support for IT infrastructure components such as firewalls, network devices, log collectors, and Windows/Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical assistance for IT infrastructure components.
  • Manage the fault rectification process and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition.
  • Oversee the patching process and maintain components by monitoring, evaluating, testing, and applying critical patches to operating systems and applications.
  • Perform periodic preventive maintenance on relevant equipment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Network or Network Security, particularly Firewall configurations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Linux is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization and systems management.
  • Relevant work experience (1-3 years) in IT security.
  • Certification in Information Technology Security is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 24/7 standby.
