Job Title

A Media Production Leader is required to oversee and lead day-to-day operations in key areas, including content strategy, program scheduling, and network presentation.

This role involves being an integral member of the APAC Content team based at our Singapore office, helping to shape the development of our broadcast products, reflecting brand values, and maintaining consistent audience flow through our channels by leading and strategizing the deployment of programming strategies across all platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support management in implementing programming priorities and strategies across all channels and platforms to drive performance and enhance channel positioning and branding.
  • Oversee daily channel operations to ensure smooth delivery of priorities in line with business objectives.
  • Develop short- and long-term programming grids in line with content strategies.
  • Work closely alongside the Digital Content team to further build our OTT product and maximize key content across platforms.
  • Strategize with the team on maintenance, update, and allocation of on-air data and program inventories.
  • Analyze programs and their ratings to optimize programming strategies and aid in performance monitoring of the channels.
  • Identify and develop innovative programming ideas and promotions that meet requirements and objectives of the channels.
  • Manage cross-department communication on programming strategies based on analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of broadcasting materials, gather feedback for improvements, and meet contractual obligations.
