Lead Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary care specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and development of our veterinary medical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their pets receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
  • Board-certified specialists (ECVIM, ACVIM, or FANZCVS) or residency trained.
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • Current veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with the applicable veterinary board.
  • Specialist in anesthesia, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, ECC, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, or surgery.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and medical software.
