Instructional Development Specialist

The role of an Instructional Development Specialist is to create and implement instructional materials, evaluate student performance, and ensure the smooth operation of the educational program.

  • Establish a robust system to assess and maintain instructor teaching quality, conducting classroom observations, reviewing student feedback, and analyzing outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate student performance through various methods, providing detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed. Ensure assessment methods are fair, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Develop SOPs to train instructors on effective communication with parents, discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining class schedules, generating reports on student progress and instructor performance, and keeping accurate records of student enrollment and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in teaching is a plus.
