  • Support actuals financial close cycles and planning activities by performing complex financial analysis.

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Business Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver standard reporting and performance analytics.
  • Review quarterly reports with business partners and identify risks and opportunities for improved business outcomes.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to develop and maintain business plans and forecasts.
  • Lead balance sheet forecasting and forecast alignment for the business.

Decision Support

  • Conduct complex financial, accounting, and planning analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Challenge business assumptions and provide recommendations to support financial goals.

Other Activities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
  • Support ad hoc requests and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
