As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the condominium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in general administration of building trade, site staff, rostering of duties, discipline, control of performance standards, and staff welfare by working closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade, etc., to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.

  • Build and maintain good rapport with residents/council members, respond to feedback through various platforms, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • Review and recommend improvements to the overall operation of the management office by analyzing data and making informed decisions.

  • Attend to emergency situations, ensure prompt removal of fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors, and obstruction-free access to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.

  • Submit recommendations on residents' renovation permits, prepare and conduct Sub-Committee Meetings, and provide draft minutes to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time, as required to meet the needs of the condominium and its residents.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in a property-related field such as real estate, property management, or facilities management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential Property Management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsive, proactive attitude, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days per week and have a flexible approach to work.
  • Experience in handling TOP Projects and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
