Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Senior Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and movement of information and product from origin to destination.
Your primary function will be to support all transportation, consolidation, and logistics servicing operational ships. You will partner with local vendors, supply chain logistics, trade compliance, and other operating areas to ensure seamless coordination.
Responsibilities:- Provision scheduling, setup, and communication to internal and external clients
- Quarterly performance reviews for all dedicated provision providers
- Discovery and research of potential new port itineraries
- Partner with Supply Chain Logistics, Trade Compliance, as well as external partners to ensure the seamless coordination
- Identify opportunities and offer recommendations for process improvements
You will also participate in cross-training initiatives for on-board hotel stores operations, assess shipboard teams' knowledge and compliance with Location Operating Guidelines (LOGs) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) policies and procedures, manage Coupa Ordering Systems & Receipt for 3rd party F&B vendors, support Shipboard team in preparation and execution of new itineraries, Guest, and Crew events, and schedule staff meetings with Hotel Stores Managers.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in the cruise line industry or back-of-house food and beverage operations
- Experience in hotel logistics, inventory, warehousing, 3PL, hotel storekeeping
- Operational excellence with existing cruise lines' provisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Proficient computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and various databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
