Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Flexible Hours

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable dining experience for our customers. This includes welcoming them, guiding them to their tables, and regularly checking on them to refill beverages and sides as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
  • Assist customers in choosing ingredients and accurately take their orders.
  • Clear empty plates, clean tables, and keep the dining area organized throughout service.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be flexible with your working hours. You should also possess basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
