Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 2 staff and oversee the treasury management function for the organization, focusing on monitoring the group's treasury position, compliance with loan covenants and regulations.
  • Support financing and refinancing of bank loans, cashflow management, and fund utilization.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of interest rates and oversee the accounts of the overseas hotel portfolio, ensuring accuracy of group adjustments and owner expenses.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury management, specifically financing/refinancing of loans, monitoring cashflow positions, and hands-on analysis of interest rates.
  • Exposure within the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Background in accounting and exposure to acquisition/divestment deals is ideal but not mandatory.
