Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the delivery of enterprise-level network services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement infrastructure services for application systems, ensuring seamless integration and high availability.

  • Manage vendor relationships to deliver design, setup, operation, and security patching for Government Cloud (GCC) and On-prem environments.

  • Collaborate with vendors on contractual matters, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Oversee network activities, including project progress and schedule management, issue identification, and risk mitigation.

  • Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
