We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining VMware environments, including vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines. You will also administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance. Additionally, you will oversee Active Directory administration, implement and manage Veeam backup solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in systems and server administration;
  • Strong knowledge of VMware vCenter and virtual machine management (deployment, configuration, optimization);
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration;
  • Proficiency in Veeam Backup & Replication (setup, monitoring, recovery testing);
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory (user/group management, policies, domain services);
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across server, storage, and system platforms;
Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in a technical lead role (guiding small teams, handling projects);
  • Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or Veeam Certified Engineer;
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hybrid integration;
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation;
  • Exposure to storage management and system monitoring tools.
Responsibilities:
