Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert veterinary care to patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our hospital's services.Mentor and develop a high-performing veterinary medical team, promoting collaboration and efficiency.Educate clients and clinic associates on pet health and wellness, empowering them to make informed decisions.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, incorporating best practices into our hospital's protocols.Contribute to the development of business strategies, driving medical quality and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with the applicable veterinary board.
  • Minimum of five years relevant professional veterinarian experience in a pet clinic or hospital environment within emergency services.
  • Independent, self-motivated, capable of meeting tight timelines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
