Job Overview

The Chief Financial Strategist is a pivotal role at RICHDALE INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH PTE. LTD., responsible for driving the company's financial health through effective accounting, budgeting, and forecasting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and financial forecasting.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to understand the company's financial position and performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, and monitor spending to ensure alignment with forecasts.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
  • Closing Processes: Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow to support investment and expansion plans.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Audit Support: Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
