Job Description

A Business Development Manager is sought after to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the aviation spare parts market. This encompasses both OEM and used parts, requiring a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, MRO providers, OEMs, and brokers. They must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of products.

In this role, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aviation aftermarket. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with your willingness to travel regionally and internationally, will be essential in driving business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aviation spare parts sales, business development, or MRO-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of OEM vs. used parts market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
