Job Overview

As an Aircon Servicing Technician, you will be responsible for conducting general servicing for aircon systems. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing aircon systems to ensure optimal performance. You will also propose and upsell aircon services to customers, perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting chemical overhaul for aircon systems
  • Proposing and upselling aircon services to customers
  • Performing site surveys and advising customers on installation details
  • Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager

Requirements:
  • Able to use simple mobile technology
  • Open to learning
  • Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints
  • Possess Class 3 License would be an added advantage

The ideal candidate should have a customer-facing personality, be able to handle physical work and possess basic mobile technology skills. Handyman work experience is a plus. Additionally, the ability to handle fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints effectively is essential.
