Candidates must have proven production engineering experience delivering liquidity metrics and SWIFT ISO 20022 migrations in live, regulator-audited environments.
">- Develop high-availability, real-time liquidity monitoring with sub-second refresh.
- Deliver liquidity metrics (Max Liquidity Usage, Time-specific Obligations, Credit Utilization) with audit-grade data lineage.
- Integrate with MEPS+, RTGS.global, SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub.
- Engineer automated Nostro break resolution and post-go-live reconciliation workflows, achieving >98% efficiency.
- Lead SAP Liquidity Management onboarding, saving millions dollars annually, and re-engineer TLM systems for 1M+ daily transactions.
- Partner with different stakeholders to redesign end-to-end workflows, ensuring timely delivery.
- Reduce trade migration turnaround for records.
- Oversee ISO 20022 payment lifecycle migration, ensuring business-as-usual continuity.
- Conduct incident resolution and root cause analysis using SQL, SAP HANA, Excel.
- 10+ years in treasury IT.
- 8+ years in Nostro/liquidity platforms.
- Global regulatory mandates.
- Hands-on SWIFT ISO 20022.
- SQL (Oracle, DB2), PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Python.
- Multi-market infrastructure integration & liquidity forecasting algorithms.
- BA/testing backgrounds.
- Operational Nostro exposure.
- Domestic payment experience.
