Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Right Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including data sorting and documentation management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tender Bidding Process: Assist in tender bidding and submission processes.
  • Order Processing and Scheduling: Process sales orders and schedule tasks efficiently.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance to projects and marketing events.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Qualifications: GCE 'N' Level, ITE, or Diploma.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience (training provided for fresh entries).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Good working attitude.
