About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tunnel Operations Manager to oversee our tunnel construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of these projects by managing site workers, implementing safety protocols, and adhering to project schedules.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site workers for each shift to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage tunnel projects from start to finish, meeting main contractor requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure seamless communication between teams, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize accidents and incidents, creating a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in tunnel supervision, including temporary works and underground structures.
  • Proficiency in building construction safety supervisor training and BCSS-T certification.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, as required by the project.
