About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Lead Social Worker to join our team at The Salvation Army Singapore's Peacehaven Nursing Home.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading complex case management and psychosocial interventions, providing guidance on high-risk cases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery.

You will oversee and manage the social work team's performance, workload, and case assignments, conducting audits and monitoring performance metrics such as case turnaround and documentation quality.

Additionally, you will provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff, including conducting annual appraisals, approving financial assistance recommendations made by social workers, and fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex case management and psychosocial interventions
  • Provide guidance on high-risk cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Oversee and manage the social work team's performance, workload, and case assignments
  • Conduct audits and monitor performance metrics
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff
  • Approve financial assistance recommendations made by social workers

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in Social Work, strong leadership and team management skills, familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and financial assistance programs, accredited Registered Social Worker by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board.
