- Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, will be worked.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Clinical Nursing Skills: Proficient in delivering safe and effective nursing care with the ability to monitor and manage patients undergoing dialysis.
Patient Education: Skilled at educating patients on treatment procedures, diet, medication, and lifestyle modifications to improve outcomes.
Communication: Clear and compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
Record Keeping: Accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, treatment sessions, and patient progress.
Team Collaboration: Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts and adjust to the dynamic dialysis centre environment.
