Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

A key role in our training department is available for a dedicated and organized individual to coordinate administrative support for workshops and events, build strong relationships with customers, trainers, and colleagues, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and training requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative support for workshops and events including learning materials and certificates
  • Build good relationships with customers, trainers, and other colleagues
  • Update Training Calendars and events on various platforms
  • Ensure timely response to customer enquiries, quotations, and training requests
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma Holders (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • Positive and customer-centric service mindset
  • Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
