We are seeking highly motivated researchers to join our team at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, to work on concurrent research projects in the laboratory of Assistant Professor Lim Jue Tao.

This project is a collaborative effort between the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and the National Centre for Infectious Diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop computational models to understand the transmission dynamics of infectious diseases
  • Conduct literature reviews and analyze data using statistical and data science techniques
  • Lead on writing reports, presentations, and publications of research findings
  • Collaborate with researchers in national and international institutions
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in a related discipline, such as statistics, epidemiology, or data science
  • Background and research experience in epidemiology and infectious diseases
  • Strong interest in health data science and spatial statistics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in statistical software, such as R

We welcome applicants with a strong interest in learning quantitative skills and those who are proficient in other programming languages, such as Python or C++.
