Job Title: Tunnel Engineering Specialist

The Tunnel Boring Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tunnel boring machines. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of TBM equipment
  • Operate TBM, ensuring line and grade accuracy while steering the machine
  • Maintain segment erector and annular grouting systems
  • Inspect cutterhead and tools during operations
  • Respond to emergencies within the TBM
  • Identify and report safety hazards

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a TBM Operator
  • Experience with Slurry Plant an advantage
  • Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) and BCSS-T required
