Culinary Professionals Wanted for Exciting Kitchen Roles

About the Role

We are seeking skilled cooks to join our dynamic team in a hot kitchen setting. As a senior cook or chef de partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to specifications from recipes.

This is a 5.5-day rostered work week position, with split shifts required on some days. You will be working in one of our multiple locations, including Dempsey, Dairy Farm, Serangoon Garden, and Jewel Changi.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certificate in culinary skills or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year of experience working in Western cuisine
  • The ability to work weekends and public holidays
Job Scope

As a senior cook or chef de partie, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards
  • Ensuring safe and proper use of equipment at all times
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation
  • Adhering to health and sanitation regulations
  • Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties as needed
