Your primary role will be to design and implement lessons tailored to the AEIS and MOE syllabuses, assess student performance, and support their admission into Singapore mainstream schools.
- Develop AEIS-aligned lessons in English or Mathematics for Primary and Secondary School students focusing on problem-solving strategies, exam techniques, and syllabus mastery.
- Design high-quality learning materials that cater to individual needs.
- Conduct mock tests and diagnostic evaluations, provide targeted feedback, and design intervention strategies.
- Identify student strengths and weaknesses, customize teaching approaches to help them succeed in AEIS and beyond.
- Maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment for international students.
- Track student progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians.
- Participate in curriculum review sessions, attend AEIS-focused training, and work with colleagues to enhance teaching standards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or related field.
- Preferably PGDE (NIE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong familiarity with AEIS curriculum and MOE standards for Primary and Secondary School levels.
- Excellent content knowledge and exam strategy skills for AEIS and O-Level contexts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when working with international students and parents.
- Candidates will be assessed based on qualifications and experience.
