To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to empathize with our customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their vehicle-related inquiries and concerns
  • Providing recommendations on suitable service or repair solutions
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and our workshop team
  • Keeping customers updated on job progress and repair timelines

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will need to possess basic vehicle knowledge, which we are happy to provide through training. You should be a friendly, proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
