About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team at IITM PTE. LTD. as a key member of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM Project Execution Plans and workflows, resolving BIM-related technical issues, and assisting with BIM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement BIM Project Execution Plans: Create and implement BIM project execution plans and workflows to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Resolve BIM-Related Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related technical issues and provide assistance with BIM implementation.
  • Set Up and Monitor Processes: Establish and monitor processes for efficient BIM deliverables, including model exchanges and progress tracking.
  • Lead Client Meetings: Lead client meetings and decision-making regarding BIM deliverables, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with Other Trades: Coordinate with other trades and oversee BIM data management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Update Project Staff: Update project staff on progress, document meetings, and ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with teams to ensure design requirements are met, and perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Certificates in AutoCAD and Revit: Hold certificates in AutoCAD and Revit, with advanced proficiency.
  • Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: Possess a higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently, target-oriented, and in a stressful environment.
  • Proficiency in English: Be proficient in English and effective in communication with internal staff and clients.
