Job Title: Retail Merchandising Manager

A critical role in driving sales and optimising stock levels.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales and stock reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stock Planning: Plan and allocate stocks based on sales trend analysis to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
  • Product Feedback: Work with Store Operations to gather product feedback from customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to determine how stock display can maximise customer interest and sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning preferably in fashion retail or FMCG.
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, proficiency in using sales data to insights, Microsoft Office skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent planning and organisation skills.
