As a Packaging Designer, you will be part of our Product team responsible for creating products for consumers across over 60 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented designer to develop and implement innovative yet effective packaging solutions that meet the needs of our global audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive End-to-End Packaging Development: Oversee the entire packaging development process from conceptualization to production, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop Business-Aligned Concepts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create packaging concepts that align with business goals and product requirements.
  • Coordinate Packaging Development Schedules: Plan and manage packaging development timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Conduct extensive research, collaborate with industry partners, and test new materials to stay informed about the latest packaging trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the wider Product team, manufacturing partners, and stakeholders to ensure packaging requirements are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support Product Launches: Contribute to the creation of product documentation and marketing assets to facilitate smooth product launches.
  • Present and Refine Packaging Concepts: Conduct stakeholder reviews to present and refine packaging concepts and designs.
