Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to shopper's enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the Information Counter and assist in the execution of mall promotional campaigns
• Support the group loyalty program at mall level, promoting the loyalty program/app to shoppers and handling complimentary parking/gift voucher redemption

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly disposition
• At least 1 year experience in frontline or customer service job/environment is preferred
• Bilingual in English and 1 other language is an added advantage
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
