A seasoned performance management professional is sought to oversee the staging of on-stage events and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and performers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and schedule performances in accordance with company directives.
- Coordinate rehearsals and collaborate with performers to refine their acts.
- Maintain accurate records of weekly performance schedules and update as necessary.
- Assist performers in selecting optimal performance standards and support their administrative needs.
- Manage staff and provide assistance to the management team in addressing performer-related issues.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss stage performance matters.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and performers.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Artiste Manager or related field.
- Ability to communicate with performers and facilitate understanding.
- Preferably experienced performers who can leverage their expertise.
- Familiarity with Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop music styles is advantageous.
- Strong stage presence and performance background are essential.
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership and administration expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Data analysis and analytical skills.
