Are you a sales professional with experience in liaising with schools? Do you have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships? DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Strategist to join our team.

We are a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore, and we deliver exceptional interactive play experiences through SuperPark at Suntec City Mall, Pororo Park Singapore at Marina Square, and Tayo Station at Downtown East. As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve specified annual sales goals.
  • Research and generate leads through various methods such as B2B telesales and other creative sales outreach initiatives.
  • Negotiate and coordinate full sales lifecycles from lead generation, proposal, quotation, invoicing to fulfillment of booking.
  • Manage pipeline and sales performance tracking through monthly sales activities for all parks with primary focus on schools/education segment.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth planning and execution of school visits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in education sector or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior sales experience in liaison with schools or knowledge in Gebiz / TenderBoard / InvoiceNow will be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
