Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that construction projects are completed within allocated financial resources.
  • Oversee and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring their performance meets contract terms and work is completed as per agreed schedules and specifications.
  • Review and approve technical designs and engineering drawings related to construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with all relevant local, national, and international regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Identify potential risks related to construction work and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents or delays.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Services.
  • At least 5 years of either project management experience in the construction industry or facilities maintenance experience in commercial/industrial buildings.
