Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional reception and administration services. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and sign-in procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Ensure proper visitor identification and compliance with security protocols.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Estimated Salary: SGD 35,000 - SGD 40,000 per annum.
