Job Overview

3SI PTE. LTD. is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Strategist to drive business growth and expansion through the strategic planning and execution of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR) technologies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of XR technologies and a proven track record in business operations. As a Chief Technology Strategist, you will play a vital role in fostering the company's success and ensuring its long-term competitiveness in the market. Your expertise will enable us to leverage the potential of AR, VR, MR, and XR to create transformative experiences that expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and boost revenue.

Main Responsibilities

- Business Development: Drive measurable results by implementing an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and actively seeks out other business opportunities to boost revenue and set our company apart.
- Product development and management: Ensure that products developed are not only technically innovative but also user-friendly and market relevant by managing product development from concept to market launch.
- Team leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration: Effectively lead a multidisciplinary team, manage technology partners, project teams, and ensure a productive and creative working atmosphere.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously, coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Market observation and innovation: Constantly monitor the market to identify new developments and potential areas of application for XR at an early stage and enter partnerships that contribute to technological development and market growth.
- Budgeting and resource management: Manage the budget for XR projects by calculating the return on investment (ROI) of XR projects and justifying investments.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on XR and related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in C-level management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Established connections with government agencies and a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
- Expertise in AI applications and data security best practices, particularly in the context of large-scale projects.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration).

Preferred Qualifications

- 15+ years of combined experience in technology and management roles.
- Experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs in multiple industries.
- Experience in enterprise software / SaaS preferred.
- International experience and/or multicultural skills would be a plus.
- Experience working on government-funded projects.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
