Maintenance Team Lead

The role entails leading a team in executing routine and corrective maintenance programs within set schedules, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Supervise the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, and troubleshoot faults to identify root causes.
- Develop risk assessments for each maintenance activity to mitigate potential hazards and ensure safe working practices.
- Establish and maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance activities, both internally and externally, to facilitate audits and knowledge sharing.
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders to resolve technical issues that arise during plant operations.
- Assist the section head in identifying training needs for the section and developing strategies for skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with the section head to develop and implement strategies for inventory management and spare part procurement.
- Prepare daily updates on maintenance activities for operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant maintenance roles within power plants or petrochemical industries.
