About the Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled HR professional to take on a strategic role, driving business growth and excellence through effective HR practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to regional teams, ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional employee experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, including payroll processing, and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors is advantageous, but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain human resource information system records of employees
  • Provide regional mobility support and expatriate management
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentations
Compensation and Benefits
  • Perform monthly payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits, including CPF, IR21, and annual income tax declaration
  • Support regional employees with income tax matters and prepare monthly headcount and payroll reports
  • Claim reimbursement from government agencies for NS claims, maternity, childcare, paternity, and other benefits
Recruitment/On-boarding & Off-boarding
  • Support talent acquisition processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and background checks
  • Prepare new-employee onboarding programs and coordinate announcements for new joiners
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as other related matters
  • Handle off-boarding processes, including resignation letter preparation, exit clearance forms, and movement report updates
Training and Development
  • Support company training initiatives, source training providers, and relevant training programs
  • Coordinate and track in-house and external training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, perform training administration duties, and maintain training records
  • Liaise with government authorities for funding, grants, and support
  • Generate training reports and statistics
Performance Management
  • Assist with periodical and staff confirmation performance appraisal exercises
  • Conduct staff communications briefing and refresher sessions
  • Support research data on salary increments, bonuses, and promotions
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, including payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary

An estimated salary range of SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
