Visual Experience Designer

We're looking for an experienced Creative Specialist who can help us turn concepts into physical experiences that bring stories to life. The successful candidate will be a skilled graphic and spatial designer who can work across various mediums, from exhibitions and immersive experiences to marketing materials.

  • Develop key visuals, branding systems, and design assets for our events and exhibitions.
  • Design marketing and communication materials for digital, print, and large-format applications.
  • Adapt 2D graphics into spatial contexts such as murals, wayfinding, exhibition graphics, and scenic backdrops.
  • Create artist impressions, concept mock-ups, and ideation visuals to help communicate design intent to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop pitch decks and ensure all final artworks are accurate and meet production standards.

Key responsibilities include:

\Graphic Design\
  • Develop key visuals, branding systems, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and IP events.
  • Design marketing and communication materials for digital, print, and large-format applications.
  • Adapt 2D graphics into spatial contexts such as murals, wayfinding, exhibition graphics, and scenic backdrops.
  • Create artist impressions, concept mock-ups, and ideation visuals to help communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver all final artworks for production.
\Final Artwork & Print Management\
  • Manage print production, working directly with vendors, fabricators, and printers to maintain design fidelity.
  • Ensure accuracy in sizing, bleed, resolution, and specifications.
  • Work with production teams, installers, and project managers to troubleshoot and resolve any creative discrepancies on-site.
  • Attend site builds to oversee installation, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure all artwork is accurate.
  • Conduct final checks on colour, placement, and finish.
\Creative Collaboration\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitch decks.
  • Create mock-ups, renders, and visual presentations for client approvals.
  • Articulate and present ideas properly to clients and internal team.
  • Work closely with the creative lead and project managers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing branding, key visuals, and examples of spatial/environmental design applications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with a bonus for skills in After Effects, Figma, or 3D software.
